This course is designed for individuals currently practicing as a Product Owner or those looking to move into that role within a Scrum team.
The course is a 2-day intensive training program covering the fundamentals and advanced practices of the Product Owner role.
Students will learn the Product Owner’s role in shaping product vision and delivery strategy, defining product value, testing product assumptions, and using techniques to develop, order, and refine the product backlog while working effectively with stakeholders.
